All residents of Gypsum Mills Estates in Victor, NY, are automatically members of the Gypsum
Mills Cooperative. Residents' meetings are held quarterly in March, June, September and December.
Board meetings are generally held monthly and are open to the residents as well.

Activities for residents include: Nine-hole executive public golf course with priority tee
times for residents; In-ground heated swimming pool with water aerobics classes three times
a week; Resident-run community center with kitchen, dining room, fireplace and lounge area for
community activites such as cards, bingo and parties; Four bocci courts, Regulation-size tennis
court; Two shuffleboard courts; Horseshoes; Half-court basketball; all sports equipment is available. A paved bike path encompassing
the complex is great for walking and jogging also.

The swimming pool is staffed by trained supervisors and certified CPR volunteers, and is operated
in accord with regulations of the State of New York. An active Neighborhood Watch program helps to
keep residents safe and secure. Social Events are generally held monthly, and
include breakfasts, dinners, picnics and dances. Two locked RV storage corrals are free to residents.
