1. President Jim Anthony called the meeting to order at 8:40 PM. Members not present were Ron Platten and Gary Bach.
2. A motion was made to accept the minutes from last meeting as written by Sam Condo, seconded by Brian Peet and accepted.
3. A motion was made to forgo the regular meeting agenda reports and just proceed with a quick status of all committees and look at the reports from all committee members. Motion made by Sam Condo and seconded by Howard Strassner and accepted. All reports were accepted.
4. New Business: Discussion for the request from residents wanting to form a homeowners association and requesting $300.00 for attorney fees. It was discussed by all board members and the decision was that we were not supplied enough information and thought that there were many other opportunities to gather information at no cost. We decided that we could not justify this expense since it did not pertain to the majority of the community. The request was voted down unanimously. Jim Anthony to inform Sherry John of the discussion.
5. It was agreed that we would set up a meeting with a few Board members, Larry Hill, and Marcus to present the 5 pages of Rules & Regulations concerns that were given to the board at the open forum, and to request a one-month extension for returning a signed Lease. We would then arrange a meeting with Larry, Marcus, Sherry John and another resident to review their answers.
6. It was noted that the Christmas decorations were down and still not put away by the Maintenance Dept. We will also discuss the condition of the Sleigh, Santa and Deer at the next board meeting.
7. Meeting was adjourned at 10:02 PM.
