  10. RESIDENTS OPEN FORUM:
    1. Can doors to library, pool and exercise room be locked during private parties? Suggestions were made as follows:
      • Leave the exercise room open during the morning, before the private party.
      • Inform residents regarding party times so that the facility may be used before and after parties.
      • A separate outside entrance is provided so residents can have use of the pool and exercise room. The library is not locked.
      • The board and management will consider these suggestions and decide on an appropriate solution to this problem.
    1. John Bracket objected to meeting minutes being posted on the Internet. Anyone can access this information. He feels it should remain confidential for residents only. Minutes are posted on the bulletin board at the Community Center and an abbreviated version is published in the Scoop. He said those wishing to read them may access them there.
    2. Nancy Townsend mentioned that she has not had input from the board for the Scoop in a while.

Lou Guyette moved to adjourn at 8:59 p.m., seconded by Bill Hoffman.
