1. Don Kennedy called the meeting to order at 8:40 PM. All members were in attendance.
2. The purpose of the short meeting was to elect board members after the election. Ron Platten nominated Don Kennedy to be President, Jerry Vaughn seconded. Passed. Don nominated Bill Hoffman to be Vice-President, Ron seconded. Passed. Don nominated Eileen Ramsdell as Treasurer, Terry Duffy seconded. Passed. Rosemarie Varner volunteered to be a board member, and she was appointed unanimously. Terry Duffy will continue as Facilities Manager, and Jerry Vaughn will be Corresponding secretary.
3. New Business-
1. Don asked the board to consider if meeting on Wednesday nights would be a good idea due to golf on Thursdays.
2. Eileen said she would be the chairperson for the Bake Sale at the Garage Sale.
3. Ron was asked to put a note in the Scoop asking for residents who have email addresses to let him know so that we could do email blasts to improve our communications.

4. Jerry Vaughn moved to adjourn at 9:04 P.M., Bill Hoffman seconded.
